Beaver Stadium renovations: What will Penn State football’s Blue-White Game look like now?….

Penn State’s Beaver Stadium is undergoing a significant renovation, impacting the annual Blue-White Game. Following the 2024 football season, construction commenced on the stadium’s west side, including the demolition of the press box and upper deck. These changes aim to modernize the facility, enhance fan experience, and support all 31 athletic programs.

For the 2025 season, Beaver Stadium will feature temporary adjustments to accommodate events like the Blue-White Game. Approximately 7,900 temporary bleacher seats will be installed atop the suite level, ensuring the stadium maintains a capacity exceeding 100,000. Temporary concessions and restroom facilities will also be available to serve attendees during this period.

Despite ongoing construction, football game day parking and tailgating are expected to remain largely unaffected, with only minimal impacts near the construction zones. The renovation project, slated for completion before the 2027 season, promises to transform the fan and community experience while fueling funding for Penn State’s athletic programs.
