Leah Pruett continues: “…navigate all of that. He was different from anyone I’d ever met, and I wasn’t sure if I was ready for all the attention and energy he brought into a room. I’d always kept my personal life private, especially with everything that came with being in the spotlight. But Tony was persistent. He didn’t just focus on my career; he took the time to understand me as a person, something that was rare in the world I lived in. Slowly, I started to see things differently.

 

What I realized over time was that beneath that larger-than-life presence, Tony was incredibly grounded. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; he was just being himself. He valued authenticity and shared similar values when it came to dedication, discipline, and passion—things that mattered to me. The more I got to know him, the more I respected his drive and sincerity. Eventually, I found myself drawn to him in a way I hadn’t expected. It wasn’t love at first sight, but it was a deep connection that grew stronger with time, and in the end, that’s what mattered most to both of us.”
