This accolade came after her outstanding performances against Georgia and Missouri, where she averaged 23.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. Spear’s impressive shooting percentages—60.7% from the field and 55.6% from beyond the arc—were pivotal in securing these victories.

During her time with the Demon Deacons, she started 88 of 89 games, averaging 15.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game. Spear’s scoring prowess is highlighted by her 1,385 career points and 241 three-pointers, ranking her among Wake Forest’s top ten all-time scorers.
