ThorSport Racing has unveiled its driver lineup for the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, featuring a mix of seasoned veterans and emerging talent. Leading the team is reigning series champion Ben Rhodes, who returns to the No. 99 Ford F-150 aiming to defend his title. Rhodes secured the championship in a dramatic finale at Phoenix, showcasing his competitive edge.
Joining Rhodes is three-time Truck Series champion Matt Crafton, continuing his tenure in the No. 88 truck. Crafton’s extensive experience and consistent performance remain invaluable assets to the team.
Ty Majeski also returns, piloting the No. 98 Ford. Majeski has been a strong contender in previous seasons, contributing significantly to ThorSport’s competitive presence on the track.
A notable addition to the lineup is Jake Garcia, who will drive the No. 13 truck. Garcia, previously with McAnally-Hilgemann Racing, joins ThorSport following a solid rookie season where he finished 13th in the standings. His move to ThorSport is anticipated to further his development in the series.
Additionally, Conner Jones returns for a part-time schedule in the No. 66 Ford. Jones made nine starts with ThorSport last season, achieving a best finish of 15th at Bristol, and is expected to continue gaining experience in the upcoming season.
With this blend of championship experience and promising newcomers, ThorSport Racing is poised for a competitive 2024 season, aiming to build on its legacy as the longest-tenured team in the NASCAR Truck Series.
