Beard Motorsports has announced that Anthony Alfredo will drive the No. 62 Chevrolet in the 2024 Daytona 500 and the spring race at Talladega Superspeedway. This opportunity marks Alfredo’s return to the NASCAR Cup Series, where he previously competed full-time in 2021.
Alfredo, known for his success in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, brings a strong superspeedway racing background to Beard Motorsports. The team, owned by Linda Beard, has built a reputation for competitive performances at superspeedways, regularly fielding part-time entries for iconic races at Daytona and Talladega.
