Just In: Michael Jordan reacts to heavy Danny Hamlin NASCAR One – Year penalty in 2025……..

As of December 19, 2024, there is no publicly available information regarding a one-year penalty imposed on Denny Hamlin by NASCAR for the 2025 season. Consequently, there are no records of Michael Jordan reacting to such a penalty.

However, both Jordan and Hamlin, co-owners of 23XI Racing, have been actively involved in legal proceedings against NASCAR concerning the charter system and revenue-sharing model. In October 2024, 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR, alleging that the charter system limits competition and unfairly binds teams to the series and its suppliers. The teams sought a preliminary injunction to allow them to compete as chartered teams in the 2025 season during the ongoing litigation. In November 2024, a U.S. District Court judge granted this injunction, permitting 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports to participate in the 2025 season as chartered teams while the lawsuit proceeds.

Michael Jordan has expressed his competitive drive in this legal battle, stating, “Everyone knows that I have always been a fierce competitor, and that will to win is what drives me and everyone at 23XI Racing both on and off the track.”

As the situation develops, both Jordan and Hamlin continue to advocate for changes they believe will benefit all teams competing in NASCAR.
